How do I Void a Transaction in Inspire Gateway?

How to Void a Transaction:

*To cancel a transaction prior to settlement, a 'Void' transaction can be completed.

• Select the ‘Void’ Link
• Click on the Magnifying Glass to Search for Transactions (You can search by the customer’s last
name, First Name, Date or Order ID
)
• Select the Transaction ID of the order you would like to void
• Select ‘Void’ in the top lefthand corner of the transaction Detail
• Select ‘Void’ on the following page to cancel the transaction
• Once the transaction has been successfully voided, select ;email receipt; in the upper lefthand
corner of the transaction detail to send the receipt directly to the customer
