How to Refund a Transaction
**To reverse a transaction after settlement, a 'Refund' transaction can be completed.

• Select ‘Refund’ Link
• If you do not know the transaction ID, click on the magnifying glass to continue
• You can search by the customer’s last name, First Name, Date or Order ID
• Select the Transaction ID of the order you would like to refund
• Select ‘Refund’ in the top lefthand corner of the transaction Detail
• Click on the ‘send receipt email’ and click on the refund button to refund the transaction
